These terms explain how you may use ArewaGate Demo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or business per account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.
• Tell us immediately at our support email if you think someone else has accessed your account.

2. Your wallet

• Money you add to your wallet can be used for the services on our platform. A small processing fee may apply to wallet funding; it is always shown before you pay.
• Your wallet is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
• We may hold a wallet balance while we investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks or payment errors.

3. Purchases

• Please check numbers, meter numbers, smartcard numbers and plans carefully before you confirm. Purchases sent to a wrong number you entered cannot be reversed.
• Most services are delivered within seconds. If a purchase cannot be completed, the amount is returned to your wallet automatically.
• Some services (for example JAMB and NECO requests) are processed by our team; expected times are shown on the service.
• Prices may change at any time. The price you see on the confirmation screen is the price you pay.

4. Identity verification (NIN / BVN)

• Only verify an identity when you have the person's consent or a lawful reason to do so.
• You must not use verification results for harassment, fraud or any unlawful purpose. Misuse will lead to account closure and may be reported to the authorities.

5. Refunds and disputes

• Failed purchases are refunded to your wallet automatically.
• If you believe a purchase was not delivered, open a support ticket within 7 days with the transaction reference. We will investigate with our providers and respond as quickly as possible.
• Wallet balances can be refunded to your bank account on request, less any applicable charges.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use ArewaGate Demo for money laundering, fraud, testing stolen cards, reselling services in breach of the law, or attempting to interfere with our systems.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but we are not liable for delays or failures caused by mobile networks, electricity distribution companies, exam bodies, banks or other third parties beyond our control. Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will let you know on the website or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
